What is the warranty and return policy for your products?
Your Xijisbeauty products includes a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your product fails within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge after our expert technicians inspect the device! We will also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for a repair.
This warranty excludes:
(a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
(b) Units taken out of Europe
(c) Units subjected to unauthorized repair
(d) Units not used in accordance withXijisbeauty care instructions
(e) Damage exceeding the cost of the product
(f) Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises
(g) Products taken apart or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative
(h) Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase, and serial number on your device
(i) Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
If anything happens, please contact us here. Please do not try and repair the unit yourself, as this will void your warranty.

Can I change my delivery address?
If you provided an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible at support@xijisbeauty.com.
Then we will try to adjust the address in our system as soon as possible. Because we have a very fast delivery time, it is important to contact us quickly.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace email when the order is send out.
If you did not receive a track & trace code, please email us at support@xijisbeauty.com. We always respond to our customers within 30 minutes – 1 hour.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
