As a research-driven institution, Jin Kun Cognitive Labs (JKC) maintains strict protocols regarding our digital assessments and physical cognitive anchors. By initiating a transaction on our platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Goods Policy (Audits & Assessments)
All digital products, including Sovereignty Audit Reports and PathAligned Assessments, are classified as instant digital goods.
- Final Sale: Since these reports are generated based on real-time AI algorithms and JKC spatiotemporal protocols, all sales are final once the report is delivered to your digital vault or email.
- Subjective Interpretation: We do not offer refunds based on the subjective interpretation of the audit results or dissatisfaction with the cognitive data provided. Our methodology is based on descriptive modeling, not deterministic forecasting.
2. Physical Goods Policy (Cognitive Anchors / Gems)
Our refund and returns policy for physical items (such as YiniGems) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original laboratory packaging.
- Exemptions: Custom-calibrated items or personalized engraved anchors are exempt from being returned.
3. Technical Error Compensation
In the event of a system-level error where a payment is successfully processed but the digital report fails to generate:
- Please contact service@xijis.com within 72 hours of the transaction.
- Upon verification of the log files, we will either manually fulfill the order or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your physical return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at service@xijis.com.
5. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or those purchased during “Energy Cycle” promotional events cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a physical anchor for the same item, email us at service@xijis.com for shipping instructions.
7. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail it to the physical address provided by our support team via email.
- Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Insurance: For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
