Welcome to SovereignMeta and AetherOrbit (collectively, “the Platform”). By accessing our applications or utilizing the JKC Framework, you agree to be bound by these legally binding terms.

1. Nature of Service: Decision-Support Simulation

You understand and agree that the “Jin Kun Cognitive Audit,” “Cognitive Projection,” and “PathAligned Mapping” are advanced simulations based on computational psychology, environmental entropy models, and transpersonal psychology.

  • Non-Consensus Insights: While our platform utilizes sophisticated AI and spatiotemporal algorithms, the resulting metaphysical and cognitive insights are by nature non-consensus. They represent descriptive modeling of potentialities and do not constitute objective facts of the physical world or deterministic forecasting.
  • Purpose: All reports and data provided are intended for decision-support, self-awareness, and cultural reference only. They are tools for cognitive exploration and do not guarantee specific real-world outcomes.

2. Digital Product Delivery & Refunds

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment on the Platform, digital audit reports are delivered instantaneously to your Sovereign Vault or via email.
  • Final Sale: Due to the intangible and immediate nature of digital content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated.
  • Physical Anchors (Gems): Orders for physical cognitive anchors are processed within 3–5 business days. Returns for physical items are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Intellectual Property: The JKC Protocol

The algorithms, “Probability Collapse Models,” spatiotemporal vector parameters, and all content within the JKC Framework are the exclusive intellectual property of Jin Kun Cognitive Labs.

  • Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the reports for individual growth. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary auditing logic.

4. Restricted Conduct & User Sovereignty

We respect individual Digital Sovereignty and expect the same from our users. You may not use the information provided for:

  • Illegal activities or misleading financial/medical claims to third parties.
  • Harassment or unauthorized scraping of our algorithmic data.
  • We reserve the right to suspend any account or “Vault” access that violates the spirit of cognitive sovereignty or the security of our ecosystem.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jin Kun Cognitive Labs, SovereignMeta, and AetherOrbit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Reliance on the insights provided by the platform.
  • Decisions made (financial, personal, or legal) based on the audit reports.
  • Technical interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Eligibility

This assessment and the associated digital vault services are intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and over with full legal capacity. Minors may only access our academic content for cultural reference under strict parental supervision.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our parent entity, Jin Kun Research & Analysis (Global), is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
