Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 14, 2026
Operating Entity: Jin Kun Cognitive Labs (“the Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
This Privacy Policy outlines how SovereignMeta and AetherOrbit collect, utilize, and protect your cognitive and personal data within the JKC Framework ecosystem. We are committed to the principle of Digital Sovereignty, ensuring you remain the absolute owner of your digital and spiritual footprint.
1. Data Collection & The Soul-ID Protocol
We utilize the Soul-ID Unified Sovereignty Protocol to manage your cognitive identity.
- Cognitive Metadata: We collect spatiotemporal vector parameters (mapped from birth coordinates) that you voluntarily provide. This data is encrypted using 256-bit protocols before transmission and converted into irreversible behavioral characteristic hashes.
- Ecosystem Synchronization: To provide a coherent experience across our cognitive architecture, your de-identified metadata may be encrypted and synchronized across our sister platforms (SovereignMeta, AetherOrbit, PathAligned). This allows for a singular, continuous “Cognitive Mirror” across the JKC ecosystem.
2. Payment Security (Stripe Integration)
Payment processing is handled exclusively via Stripe.
- PCI-DSS Compliance: All transactions occur within a PCI-DSS compliant environment.
- No Financial Storage: The Lab does not store, nor do we have access to, your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials.
3. Data Usage & Non-Persistent Storage
- Purpose: Your data is used solely to generate AI-driven energy reports, personalized trajectory analysis, and to refine the JKC algorithmic models.
- Minimal Storage Principle: We prioritize “Non-Persistent Storage.” Unless you choose to register a long-term Sovereign Vault profile, your raw assessment readings are kept only within the current encrypted session and purged upon session termination.
- No Third-Party Sales: We never sell or trade your individual cognitive data or Soul-ID metadata to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. WordPress Interactive Elements (Content & Community)
As part of our research community (on the WordPress-hosted defense layer), we handle interactive data as follows:
- Comments: We collect data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be provided to the Gravatar service.
- Media: If you upload images to the platform, please ensure they do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as other visitors may be able to extract this information.
- Embedded Content: Articles may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.) from other websites, which behaves exactly as if the visitor has visited the source website.
5. Cookies & Session Management
- Convenience Cookies: If you leave a comment or interact with our research blog, you may opt-in to saving your name and email in cookies for one year.
- Authentication Cookies: When you log in to your Sovereign Vault, we set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, while “Remember Me” sessions persist for two weeks.
- Temporary Cookies: If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to determine if your browser accepts cookies; this contains no personal data and is discarded when the browser is closed.
6. Data Retention & Sharing
- Administrative Data: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
- Community Data: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to facilitate automated follow-up approval.
- Vault Data: For registered users, we store the personal information provided in the user profile. Users can access, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their immutable Soul-ID username).
7. Your Rights over Your Data (The Sovereign Individual)
As a sovereign individual under the JKC Framework, you hold absolute rights over your data:
- Access & Export: You may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you.
- The Right to be Forgotten: You may request that we erase any personal data we hold associated with your Soul-ID. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
- Inquiries: To exercise your rights, please contact our Digital Sovereignty Compliance Division.
8. Automated Processing
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Cognitive assessments are processed via the SovereignMeta Authority Engine.
